• Children 18 years old and under who are uninsured OR under insured (no insurance OR have insurance, but insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of the vaccine)

o Medicaid-eligible

o American Indian or Native Alaskan

• Adults 19 years old and up who are Uninsured

I am an adult and I have Medicaid or Medicare – Can I get a vaccine at this clinic?

• Medicaid and Medicare will both cover the full cost of the COVID-19 vaccine. Therefore, adults with Medicaid and Medicare are not eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine at this clinic.

What if I don’t qualify to receive the vaccine at this clinic?

• Call or visit your preferred clinic, doctor’s office or pharmacy to get your vaccine

• You can get your vaccine anywhere that can bill insurance and has the COVID-19 vaccine.

• Make sure you bring your insurance card and ID to your appointment.
